Creating a sample schedule

I want to keep things brief as per the guidelines. I'll create a bullet list with clear time windows for specific goals to help the user. A simple 1-week sample schedule with time blocks will be useful. I don’t think we need to use the planning tool for this; I can do it manually. So let’s get to creating that actionable schedule!
